Eligible for direct investment from BDIF are investment projects in the list of socio-economic infrastructure sectors prioritized for development investment in the locality promulgated by the People’s committee of Binh Duong province after obtaining approval from the People’s council of Binh Duong province.<\/li>\n
  2. The conditions of investment:\n
      \n
    1. The investment projects are decided in accordance with the laws;<\/li>\n
    2. The investment projects are effective and can recover funds directly.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    3. The methods of investment:\n
        \n
      1. BDIF can make investments as investors or contributes capital with other organizations to invest and take responsibility for their investment decisions as assigned by the People’s committee;<\/li>\n
      2. BDIF can directly manage the project or hire the professional organizations to manage investment projects in accordance with the law.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      3. The forms of investment:\n
          \n
        1. Investment in the forms of Business Cooperation Contract (BCC), Built-Operate-Transfer (BOT), Built -Transfer-Operate (BTO), Built- Transfer (BT) and other forms prescribed by the investment law<\/li>\n
        2. The investment of BDIF is carried out complying with the provisions of the law of investment and construction management.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n

          1. Tan Dong Hiep Residential Area<\/li>\n
          2. Phu Hoa Resettlement Area<\/li>\n
          3. Phu Hoa 1 Residential Area<\/li>\n
