BDIF is assigned missions by the People’s committee of Binh Duong province to implement credit guarantee duties for the small and medium enterprises in Binh Duong province aimed to support the small and medium-sized enterprises which access to capital resources from credit institutions to develop procdution and business activities.

The charter capital of Credit Guarantee Fund is 150.000.000.000 VND (one hundred fifty billions Vietnam Dong).
